Cancelation

  • In case of cancellation after the transfer, the deposit will be refunded according to the terms set by our vendors, such as hotels and other activity providers.
  • Any remaining deposit with us (for hotel payments, etc.) will be refunded. However, deposits already paid to our vendors will follow their respective policies, such as those from hotels, restaurants, and other third-party service providers supporting the tour activities.
